A cracking field for The Woodford Cefis Stephens stakes.

The pace should be extremely fast and should there be a strong late-runner track record could be threatened.

In that same race is the return of the hightly regarding Munnings.
Hopefully he will benefit from his 2009 debut and move forward from there.

I had forgotten about Nobiz and his earplugs. Oh, he was a quirky animal ...

One of the grass races he won was the Jamaica and I do remember that well. Weak group or not, that was a start in which he seemed to put everything together and showed off what he could be. Unfortunately, he never really followed up on that performance.

I love the Belmont under card. And in fairness to No Biz, his BC race was not his best distance. I agree though that it remains to be seen if Hello Broadway is "any good", hope so!

Like his half brother, Hello Broadway is a head case. Nobiz - they tried blinkers, ear plugs, jockey stranglehold tactics and god knows what else to get him to run to his "potential". He scooped up a couple of wins in 3YO grass races (a weak 3YO crop for the grass that year) but got blown out against older.

Maybe Hello Broadway just isn't that good? Like Imperial Council, Hello Broadway has been perennially overbet at almost every turn and both are always overbet for non-performance reasons - half bro / popular connections.

He might not be bet down too much in Woody Stephens since the race is shaping up to be deeper than the Belmont itself, but even at 3 or 4-1, he's a huge play against.
