The dragons could not have been good for the ducks’ blood pressure. Those Congress Park duckies are nervous as Beeker to start.

WHY, why do I miss these things!?!
I may be one of the few readers of Railbird who would have loved to have seen Mary Lou Whitney and Susan Lucci enter Congress Park via rickshaw! Except maybe Ernie…

In the five summers I’ve come up to Saratoga, I’ve never gone to watch a Marylou Gala entrance before. The rickshaw is what drew me this year … it just seemed too weird and decadent to be missed. Susan Lucci was an extra-special bonus!

Yeah, Susan Lucci definitely pushes it over the edge … I love how she looks so happy to be there!
