Last summer, the Toronto resident found himself in possession of not only his greatest yard-sale deal to date but a piece of racing history as well … Northern Dancer’s 1964 Canadian Horse of the Year award presented by Daily Racing Form of Canada.” Steele is now selling the silver plaque, which he bought for $300, on eBay with a reserve bid price of $20,000.
